  • What is City of Curls? City Of Curls is a mobile beauty supply store exclusively available online that provides beauty and hair essentials. Anything you just ran out of, or need last minute is brought right to! 

 

  • What exactly do you offer and supply? Styling products, braiding hair, weaving hair, wigs, hair tools, cosmetics and accessories.

 

  • How can I get free same day delivery? Customers must meet the minimum order requirement of $36 and be within our defined delivery area. You will be able to select LOCAL DELIVERY at the time of checkout as the preferred shipping method.

 

  • Where do you deliver? Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Sea-Tac, Renton, Kent and Federal Way. If you do not see your area please follow us on social media and join to our mailing list to be the first to know when we're pullin' up!

 

  • Can I pick up my order? Pick up options are coming soon! Follow us on social media or subscribe to our mailing list. 

 

  • Can I cancel my order? Once your order is confirmed all sales are final unless items are damaged or incorrectWe carefully inspect each item before orders are packed and shipped. 

 

  • What if my order is lostIf you select local delivery as your preferred shipping method and cannot be present at the time of delivery, call/ email as soon as possible or we will leave orders at the provided address with proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
     If your order shipping method is UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc. we recommend  our customers to track their packages from any third party carriers and or follow up directly through them to file a claim if order is lost or missing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

     

     

    • Can I return or exchange items? Once your order is confirmed all sales are final unless items are damaged or incorrect. Please review our return and exchange policy.  We carefully inspect each item before orders are packed and shipped.

     

    • What if I don’t see a product or brand I want? We are expanding our inventory to supply the most popular and highly requested brands we all love and use. Check back frequently for new arrivals!!

     

    • Can I pay at the door? Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not accepting cash in order to offer contactless delivery. 

     

    • What if I am not home for my delivery? We understand that life happens and that you cannot always be home. If you select local delivery as your preferred shipping method and cannot be present at the time of delivery, please call/email us as soon as possible or we will leave orders at the provided address with proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
